At Bassport, we are committed to providing exceptional Spotify promotion services that deliver real, organic results. We understand that investing in your music career is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident in your choice to work with us.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our playlist promotion results, a partial refund may be granted based on the circumstances and the extent of services already delivered. We evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Not Started: If we have not yet begun your campaign within 7 business days of your order, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If we encounter technical difficulties that prevent us from delivering our services as promised, a refund may be granted.
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service before we begin the pitching process, a partial refund may be available.
  • Quality Assurance: If we cannot meet the quality standards we've promised in our service descriptions, a partial refund may be considered.

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Submit your refund request via email to support@bassport.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  3. Approval & Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  4. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

What's Not Covered

Please note that refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Campaigns that have already been completed and delivered results
  • Services that have been partially completed
  • Requests made after the 30-day period from the original purchase date
  • Cases where the service was delivered as described but results may vary due to external factors
